9. Service Availability and Modifications

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled emergency maintenance, or failures of third-party providers may result in temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES THEREIN.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO USD $1.00 (ONE UNITED STATES DOLLAR).

13. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing use and, if applicable, deleting your account or revoking Google access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within [Insert Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes.

Note: As an open-source project without a formal legal entity, specifying a jurisdiction can be complex. Users should be aware of this. For a deployed service, a clear jurisdiction of the entity operating the service is necessary.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, for example, by posting a notice on our website or through the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
